Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kok-Jar, Nookat District, Osh Region.

Graduated from OGPi (1971), postgraduate studies at Leningrad State University (1982).

Worked as a lecturer at OGPi, a teacher at secondary school, senior lecturer, head of department, associate professor at OGPi, Osh VTK, and since 1999 - head of the department at OshTU.

Specialist in the field of mathematical logic, algebra, and number theory.

Published more than 30 scientific works.
