Baybulatov Begaly (1906-1981), Doctor of Historical Sciences (1968)Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kamenska in the Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from the Institute of the Red Professorship under the Central Committee of the VKP(b) (1937) and the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1949). Worked as a propagandist for the regional committee of the VKP(b) in Kyrgyzstan, secretary of the district committee, head of a department, director of a vocational school, chairman of the radio committee of the Council of People's Commissars, lecturer at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kyrgyz SSR, director of the Jalal-Abad Teacher Training Institute, director, and senior researcher at the Institute of the Party under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Specialist in the history of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan and the history of Kyrgyzstan. Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner, the Badge of Honor (2), and medals of the USSR. More than 200 scientific works published. Under his guidance, more than 10 candidate dissertations were defended.
