Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Institute of Arts (1971)
Worked as the secretary of the Komsomol committee at the KSII, a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, an associate professor in the Department of Philosophy, secretary of the party committee at the KSI named after K.I. Skryabin, acting professor, and since 1995 - head of the department at BGU.
Specialist in the field of social psychology and social work.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 5 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
