Mangeldin Rustembek Sultanbekovich (1935-1993),
Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1988), Professor (1991), Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR in the field of Science and Technology (1987)
Kazakh. Born in the city of Smolensk.
Graduated from the Central Asian Polytechnic Institute (Tashkent, 1959).
Worked as an engineer at a design institute, hydrogeologist in a geological expedition, chief geologist of hydrogeological teams (Osh), chief geologist, head of the Kyrgyz Comprehensive Hydrogeological Expedition.
Specialist in the search and exploration of fresh and thermal mineral groundwater. Distinguished Specialist in Subsurface Exploration (1985).
Published more than 40 scientific works, including monographs and 4 textbooks.
