Kim Vladimir Ilyich (1934),

Korean. Born in Vladivostok, Russia.
Graduated from the Saratov Zoo-Veterinary Institute (1957), postgraduate studies (1965).
Worked as the chief veterinarian of the Urey MTS in the Chita region of Russia, director of the veterinary laboratory of the Esil district in the Tselinograd region of the Kazakh SSR, head of the Republican Brucellosis Expedition of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of the laboratory of the IBF of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, head of the department for the study of brucellosis and tuberculosis in animals at the Kyrgyz NIWI, and since 2001 - head of the department at the KGNUKIV of the KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.
Specialist in veterinary microbiology, virology, epizootiology, mycology, and immunology.
Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published more than 130 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 15 inventions.
Under his supervision, 9 candidate dissertations have been defended.
