Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kara-Guz in the Kara-Kulja district of the Osh region. Graduated from the K.S. Skrjabin Agricultural Institute (1985), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Veterinary Academy (1988).
Worked as an assistant, associate professor, head of the department of obstetrics and surgery at the Agricultural Institute, and since 2000 has been the dean of the KAA.
Specialist in veterinary immunology, obstetrics, and animal reproduction biotechnology.
Published more than 30 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
