Graduated from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (Novosibirsk, 1975), doctoral studies there as well (1998).
Worked as a teacher, deputy director of a secondary school, senior lecturer at the Almaty State Institute of Advanced Studies, senior lecturer and head of the department at Khakass State University, deputy director of the Khakass Regional Institute of Advanced Studies, head of the management of Kyrgyzkramd Bank, since 1998 - head of the department at Kyrgyz National University, first deputy director of the Institute of Education, head of the department, professor at Kyrgyz National University.
Specialist in the field of general psychology. Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic.
Academician of the Academy of Polar Medicine and Extreme Human Ecology (1997).
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 1 textbook.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
