Dzhama Kulova Gulbubu (1927), Doctor of Economic Sciences (1972), Professor (1974), Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1984).

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ken-Kul, Talas District, Talas Region. Graduated from the Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (1954), Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1961), Academy of Social Sciences (1963). Worked in Komsomol activities, Deputy Minister of Education, since 1963 - Head of the Department of Political Economy at KTU.

Specialist in the field of economic theory. Awarded the Order of Lenin, Certificates of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic (1980). Published over 70 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 2 textbooks.
