“This opening was included in the previously approved general plans of the city, developed during the Soviet era, as well as in the general plan for 2006-2025. It is worth noting that similar sections of the road network are planned in other districts of the capital,” the municipality's press service clarified.
“In the process of developing the new general plan, these planning solutions are maintained as long-term prospects for the development of the street and road network. However, at the moment, the city administration has no plans for the expedited implementation of this project,” the city administration added.
