Now, the State Agency for Management of State Property under the Cabinet is to transfer this plot to the city hall.
The city hall is instructed to accept the specified property and to carry out the re-registration of ownership rights through the authorized body responsible for real estate registration, using local budget funds. The city hall is also tasked with ensuring the use of the plot for its intended purpose, its maintenance, and servicing, which will be financed from the local budget, while further sale or transfer of the property is not allowed.
Control over the implementation of this order is assigned to the Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers within the Presidential Administration.
