Maria Zakharova clarified that this concerns the clarification of mandatory health insurance regulations
At a recent briefing, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, denied rumors that Kyrgyzstan had filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation in the EAEU court related to mandatory health insurance.
“Some media outlets reported that Kyrgyzstan allegedly initiated legal proceedings. This is not true. The Kyrgyz side also quickly denied this,” Zakharova stated.
According to her, this is not about a lawsuit, but about the need to clarify the regulations of mandatory health insurance concerning medical services for migrants from Kyrgyzstan in Russia.
Earlier, news emerged that Kyrgyzstan had sued Russia over the refusal to provide free medical services for its citizens in the country.
