As of February 2, the following candidates have been registered in the multi-mandate district No. 13:

- Nursyida Manasovna Bazarkulova.
- Amantur Beishenkul uulu.
- Melis Kasymovich Belekov.
- Tumonbek Erkinbekovich Zholdoshov.
- Sharapatkan Majitova.
- Zamirbek Duyshalievich Mamasadykov.
- Erkinbek Sadyrbekovich Mamatayev.
- Ziyadakhan Islamovna Yuldasheva.
The campaigning period starts on February 9 at 8:00 AM and will last until midnight on February 28. Voting is scheduled for March 1, and the election results will be known no later than March 15.
It is worth reminding that on December 3, 2025, the Central Election Commission identified violations in district No. 13, where 94 polling stations operated. The district has 160,340 voters. In the previous elections, 14 candidates were registered. During the inspection, it was found that representatives of some registered candidates had installed cameras at 35 polling stations, which violated the rules of secret voting. As a result, the CEC annulled the registration of all 14 candidates who participated in the voting.
