The Cabinet updated the regulations on minimum requirements for pawnshops in Kyrgyzstan

According to the resolution of the cabinet of ministers, signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev, new minimum requirements for pawnshop activities in Kyrgyzstan have been introduced. This document regulates the working conditions of all legal entities engaged in pawnshops and holding the appropriate licenses.

The aim of these changes is to clearly define the standards that pawnshops in the country must meet.

The minimum charter capital for pawnshops will be:

Pawnshops are required to bring their activities into compliance with the new requirements outlined in this regulation within six months.

The resolution comes into effect fifteen days after its official publication.
