On the weekend, President Sadyr Japarov, during a working trip, visited the Issyk-Kul region, accompanied by Changpeng Zhao, the founder of the famous cryptocurrency exchange Binance. They headed to Jyrgalan together.
First, they explored the territory of the complex, and then they got acquainted with the progress of the construction of the year-round ski cluster called "Ala-Tuu Resort," which connects three resort towns: Jyrgalan, Ak-Bulak, and Boz-Uchuk.
After that, they took the opportunity to ski on the famous slopes of Karakol.
It is important to note that the "Ala-Tuu Resort" will be equipped with modern cable cars, and the total length of the slopes will be 260 km. Visitors will have access to a panoramic restaurant, conference halls, a medical center, a stadium, an amphitheater, and relaxation areas.
