According to the head of the cabinet, 3.7 billion soms were allocated for 242 social facilities, including the construction and renovation of 133 schools, 57 kindergartens, 17 healthcare facilities, and 35 cultural and sports complexes.

Kasymaliev also noted that in 2025, 4 billion 348 million soms were implemented across 114 infrastructure projects. Among them, 82 roads received funding. The project for Uzgen - Myrza-Ake - Kara-Kuldja was allocated 2.2 billion soms, while 13 water supply facilities and 19 irrigation projects received 317.9 million soms.











Additionally, the head of the government reported that 1 billion 329.2 million soms were directed to support local budgets. In total, approximately 11 billion soms were allocated to the Osh region from the republican budget in 2025.
In 2024, the region's budget amounted to 4 billion 731 million soms, while in 2025, revenues reached 6 billion 447 million soms, which is 2.3 billion soms more than in 2024. However, according to Kasymaliev, this is not enough. "The Osh region plays an important role in the socio-economic development of the country, but productivity remains low. In 2025, the gross industrial output amounted to 22.8 billion soms, which is 2.3 times less than in Talas, where it reached 51 billion soms," he noted.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the cabinet of ministers gave a number of instructions aimed at improving the quality of industrial goods, activating exports, implementing public-private partnership projects, supporting initiatives of private entrepreneurs, and creating favorable conditions for investors.
