Bekeshev: Vaseline, Slime - How Many More Like This and Why in the Housing and Utilities Sector is There a Curator from the GKNB?
One of the first to ask a question was Dastan Bekeshev, who inquired about the prospects for further work on the confiscation of property from citizens.
He also raised the issue of employees with nicknames such as Vaseline and Lizard, asking about the number of such workers in the SCNS. "What is the likelihood that they will be dismissed? Will they be held accountable for the harm caused to people? If this happens, how will the cases they handled be reviewed?" the deputy stated. He noted that citizens felt fear towards the SCNS, and this is wrong.
Additionally, Bekeshev expressed dissatisfaction regarding the blocking of TikTok without a court decision. "Why was this done? After all, similar content is available on YouTube," he added.
The deputy also questioned the necessity of having a curator from the SCNS in the Jogorku Kenesh. "There are representatives of the president and the speaker who can resolve issues behind closed doors. Why should we have oversight as if we are enemies?" he said, suggesting holding a press conference with the head of the SCNS.
Bolot Ibragimov, for his part, expressed hope that Shabdanbekov would be able to restore trust in the SCNS. He emphasized that citizens should feel protection and confidence in the future, rather than fear of law enforcement agencies.
Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev noted that since the questions were asked within the framework of the procedure, answers to them would be provided in writing.
