The Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Ruslan Mukambetov, addressed the attendees with a congratulatory speech. He noted that issues related to strengthening the defense capability and supporting the army remain a top priority for the state.
The minister emphasized: "The state pays special attention to the social protection of military personnel. We will continue our work to provide housing, build military towns with the necessary infrastructure, and enhance the status of those who defend our country."
During the event, a festive order "On the Encouragement of the Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic" was announced. Based on this order, for exemplary performance of military duty and high achievements in service activities, the best officers and soldiers were awarded departmental medals and certificates of honor.
