While discussing the photograph of the Kyrgyz delegation meeting, led by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, questions are being raised on social media regarding previous statements that Shirshov should not hold any government positions.
Daniyar Amangeldiev, commenting on the situation, stated that "Shirshov's knowledge and information are extremely important at this moment." However, part of the public is questioning whether there are specialists in Kyrgyzstan who are more competent in this field than Shirshov. Opinions are being expressed that "Tashiev left - Shirshov came." What is the real situation?- It all started at the end of 2021. Shirshov, through intermediaries, reached out to me with a request: "If I am not imprisoned, I want to return to Kyrgyzstan. I have information about all of Maxim [Bakiyev]'s assets, both abroad and within the country, and I am ready to help return them to the state." Maxim betrayed his close associates, leaving them unsupported, and one of them was Shirshov.
After verification by law enforcement agencies, it turned out that Shirshov was not wanted. We allowed him to come and meet with us. We set a condition: "These are not the times anymore. You cannot deceive government institutions. If something goes wrong, you will be held accountable. You and Maxim became rich, now help return those funds."
Shirshov has already contacted Daniyar Amangeldiev and stated that he can participate in the negotiations, providing important information about "RusHydro," with which he previously worked. Time will tell how useful this information will be. The main thing is that we will not allow him, as in the past, to occupy any ministry and manage it. If his knowledge proves useful to the state - we will take advantage of it, otherwise we will simply say: "Behave yourself." We will not allow encroachments on state finances, so there is no need to pay attention to the rumors surrounding Shirshov.
The Ministry of Energy will completely pay off the debt of 137 billion soms this year, and starting next year, it will begin to generate profit. In this system, theft has been stopped, which is why the debt accumulated over 30 years will be closed in just five years. If the theft had continued, the debt would only have increased.
