As reported by Kurmankul Zulyshev, who heads the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, and Local Self-Government, the parliamentary faction "Ala-Too" proposed the candidacy of Gulkan Moldobekova for the position of chairperson of the Committee on Labor, Health, Women's Affairs, and Social Issues. Suyunbek Omurzakov, nominated by the "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" group, became the chairperson of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues, Law and Order, Combating Crime and Corruption.
Additionally, the "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" faction proposed Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva for the position of deputy chairperson of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues.
Edita Taigaraeva, chairperson of the Audit Commission, reported the results of the secret ballot, during which the votes of the deputies were counted:
- Gulkan Moldobekova: in favor - 74, against - 0;
- Suyunbek Omurzakov: in favor - 79, against - 2;
- Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva: in favor - 77, against - 2.
