To ensure access to necessary financial operations, clients are recommended to install the "Elkart Mobile" application, created within the framework of the national payment card settlement system "Elkart." This application has no operational restrictions, and only registration is required for use.
Users of "Elkart Mobile" can perform all basic operations, such as checking balances, making payments and transfers, as well as paying for goods and services, without worrying about the closure of settlement accounts or card reissuance, the bank explained.
The reason for the transition to the new application is the need to update the technological platform, which is currently under development.
It is also worth noting that recently the European Union approved the 19th package of sanctions against Russia, affecting a number of Russian banks and cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as their structures in other countries, including India and China. The list includes 22 individuals and 45 organizations from Russia, Hong Kong, China, India, Thailand, and Kyrgyzstan, among which are "Tolubai Bank" and "Eurasian Savings Bank." Previously, "Keremet" and "Capital" were sanctioned by the USA and the UK. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan emphasized that the republic adheres to its international obligations and maintains an open dialogue with European partners to prevent circumvention of sanctions. A proposal was also made to create a working group to address emerging issues.
