The Housing Committee approved in the third reading a loan and grant from the IBRD for $31.79 million

- During the meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration, a bill was adopted "On the Ratification of the Agreement on Financing and the Grant Agreement for the project 'Phase 1 for the Kyrgyz Republic under the 'One Health' Program to Prevent Pandemics, Ensure the Resilience of Food Systems, and the Health of Ecosystems in Central Asia," which was signed on July 11, 2025, in Bishkek. This bill received approval in the third reading.

The main goal of this bill is to improve the health of the population and animals, as well as to support ecological sustainability in the country.

According to the financing agreement, for the implementation of the project "Phase 1 for the Kyrgyz Republic under the 'One Health' program, a loan of 30 million dollars and grant funds amounting to 1.79 million dollars are provided.

The loan is granted for a period of 50 years with a grace period of 10 years and a zero interest rate.
