
The minister reviewed 12 facilities that are currently under construction.
A tour of the schools and their additional buildings under construction took place in Bishkek, as reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.
On March 7, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev visited 12 facilities in the capital, where he issued instructions, expressed warnings, and strongly urged an increase in the pace of construction and improvement in the quality of work.
In the Oktyabrsky district, the following facilities were inspected:
- An additional building for 500 students at School No. 88 (Kok-Zhar microdistrict, 123/1 Kok-Zhar Street).
- A new school for 750 students in the Southern planning zone (15/8a Tokombaev Street).
- An additional building for 600 students at School No. 64 (19/1, 8th microdistrict).
- A new school for 750 students in the "Oskon-Ordo" residential area.
- An additional building for 750 students at School No. 91 (Kara-Zhyjach microdistrict, 18/1 Oberon Street).
- A new school for 750 students in the village of Kok-Zhar (1/1 Alapaev Street).
As for the Lenin district, the following facilities are located here:
- An additional building for 380 students at School No. 42 (1 Alykulov Street).
- A separate building for 750 students for School No. 84 in the village of Kashka-Bash.
- A new school for 750 students in the "Ak-Ordo" residential area (1 Tenir-Tuu Street).
- An additional building for 1200 students at School No. 55 (166 Gagarin Street).
- An additional building for 750 students at School No. 72 (23 Jal microdistrict).
- An additional building for 1200 students at School No. 79 (Archa-Beshik microdistrict, 75 Er-Tailak Street).
According to plans, by 2026, 20 new educational institutions are to be built in Bishkek, as instructed by President Sadyr Japarov.
The distribution of facilities by districts is as follows:
- Oktyabrsky district — 6 facilities;
- Lenin district — 6 facilities;
- Pervomaysky district — 5 facilities;
- Sverdlovsky district — 3 facilities.
Funding for construction is provided from the republican budget.
