Liver transplant needed for newborn Ademi

Ademi, who is only 17 days old, suffers from severe congenital diseases. The main diagnosis is biliary atresia. This condition cannot be treated, and the girl requires a liver transplant.

“We had a long-awaited daughter after two sons. However, immediately after discharge, we were hospitalized at the NCMD due to Ademi's health problems, and now she urgently needs surgery. Everything was fine during the pregnancy, and we had no idea that there could be such problems with our daughter. We beg you to help save her,” shares the girl's mother, Alina.

Six-year-old Yusuf needs two surgeries

Yusuf, who is six years old, suffers from fixed spinal syndrome and progressive scoliosis. He needs to undergo two surgeries. His parents, who have spent all their savings on treating Yusuf's heart defect and hydrocephalus, cannot afford the surgeries on their own.

“We ask for your help in this holy month. We want our son to recover as soon as possible,” appeal the boy's parents to the public.

The first surgery costs 12,000 dollars, and the second costs 28,400 dollars. In total, the family needs to raise 40,400 dollars.

Azaliya needs surgery in Germany due to a rare disease

12-year-old Azaliya has a rare congenital disease — arteriovenous malformation of the lower jaw in a complex and life-threatening form. This chronic condition requires regular surgical intervention. Azaliya was diagnosed six years ago in Moscow. Since then, she has undergone several surgeries in Russia and Turkey, but the disease could not be completely stopped.

“This is an incurable disease, and the only way to control its progression is through regular surgeries. The last six months have been particularly alarming: my daughter has started experiencing bleeding from her gums again, which is difficult to stop,” says Azaliya's father, Nuris Alymbaev.

The surgery is scheduled for March 30 of this year at the university clinic in Halle, Germany. The cost of the procedure is 20,000 euros. Azaliya's parents have already raised a large part of the amount, but the clinic requires a prepayment to issue the official invitation necessary for obtaining a visa. Therefore, it is important for the family to raise the entire amount as soon as possible.

Aykol dreams of standing on her feet, but she has complex diagnoses

Aykol was born prematurely and suffers from a severe form of cerebral palsy, as well as strabismus and deformations of the ankle joints. Her mother raises her alone, as her father left the family after her birth. Aykol has already undergone two surgeries in Bishkek, but they did not yield the desired results.

“I learned that abroad, a more complex and effective surgery can be performed. I contacted doctors in Turkey, and they confirmed that her clubfoot can be corrected. The surgery costs 25,000 dollars, but I do not have such funds, and I do not know how to earn them in a short time,” shares Begimai, Aykol's mother.

Alinur suffers from a rare complication after measles and needs support

Seven-year-old Alinur is facing subacute sclerosing panencephalitis — a rare viral brain disease that arose as a complication after measles. He has been undergoing treatment for two years. His parents dream of him living without pain and restoring his motor and speech functions.

“We gave birth to a healthy child who developed faster than his peers. But now he is confined to bed. The disease has destroyed our lives,” says Alinur's mother, Meerim.

The monthly expenses for treatment and rehabilitation amount to about 1,500 dollars. Alinur's father works as a taxi driver, and his mother cannot work as she takes care of him around the clock. She receives about 8,000 soms from the government, as well as a small allowance for Alinur. These funds do not cover all treatment expenses.

Umar, born healthy, is now fighting for his life after an injury

Umar was born healthy, but at six months old, he was dropped, resulting in a serious injury and a brain hemorrhage. He needed surgery.

“Umar needed surgery due to frequent seizures caused by the hematoma from the fall. Doctors are confident that after its removal, he will be able to develop. We paid for the first surgery thanks to the help of kind people, but now, due to complications, a second one is needed,” says his mother, Khonzada.

Umar will need 15,000 dollars for the next surgery.

“After the Orozo holiday, we will start preparing Umar for the second surgery. I hope this will help my son start speaking and walking again,” added his mother.

The full story of Umar can be read here.
