According to him, the problems of residents living on the territory of the former brick factory are exacerbated by the actions of the special administrator from the Ministry of Finance, who creates serious difficulties and "does not allow for a peaceful life" for 53 families.
The deputy also reported that the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan has initiated a criminal case on this matter; however, local residents still have not received any information about the progress of the investigation.
Ulukbek Karybek uulu urged the authorities to provide an official response regarding the current situation and clarify what measures are being taken to resolve this issue.
Context of the situation:
In the summer of 2025, residents of Krasny Stroitely appealed to President Sadyr Japarov for assistance in legalizing land plots belonging to the former brick factory.
This issue affects about 50 houses located on the factory's territory and in its vicinity, where people lack ownership documents.
