As part of the investigation initiated by the State Tax Service, it was established that certain individuals organized illegal schemes for the sale of fuel and lubricants.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the following individuals were detained during the investigative activities:
- Nurgazy Nishanov, born in 1983, who previously held the position of chairman of the board of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz";
- Ruslan Altymyshev, born in 1980, former deputy chairman of the company's board;
- Nazgul Aydarova, born in 1988, director of one of the affiliated companies;
- Baigazy Matisakov, born in 1990, who was the director of a related company and is the nephew of Kamchybek Tashiev.
