The authorized representative of the president in the Naryn region, Nurbek Satarov, spoke about the current projects in key sectors of the region.
Satarov noted that the region is focusing on the development of irrigation infrastructure. In particular, the construction of the "Tugol-Sai" reservoir in the Jumgal district and the "Shamshy" reservoir in the Kochkor district, as well as the "Kulanak" canal in the Naryn district, is ongoing. These projects are aimed at increasing the area of irrigated land and improving the efficiency of agricultural practices.
The president emphasized the importance of developing irrigation and watering infrastructure as a key element of food security and sustainable development in the agricultural sector. He also instructed to complete all previously initiated projects.
Regarding road infrastructure, Japarov set the task of ensuring the construction and reconstruction of highways at a level not lower than last year's, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
In addition, the president listened to information about long-term projects, some of which have been under construction for more than ten years. He demanded that all such facilities be completed within two years and placed personal responsibility for this task on the leaders.
