At the airport, the delegation was welcomed by the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Anna Kuznetsova.
The delegation from Kyrgyzstan consists of deputies: Talant Mamytov, Gulnara Baatyrova, Gulya Kozhokulova, Gulnara Akimbaeva, Jumabek Salymbekov, Aigul Akhmedova, Zhyldyz Egenberdieva, as well as the First Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Nursultan Kubanov and the Director of "Kyrgyztest" Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya.

The visit began with a tour of the "Maryina Rosha" school named after V. F. Orlov, where the delegates familiarized themselves with the testing system for migrant children upon enrollment. The deputies noted the complexity of the proposed tasks and suggested considering their simplification.
“Ensuring access to education for the children of our citizens abroad is a priority issue. The testing conditions must be clear and fair,” emphasized Mamataliyev.
Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya, the director of "Kyrgyztest," added that the assessment procedures should not create barriers to learning.
After that, the delegation met with Kyrgyz citizens at the Kyrgyzstan pavilion at VDNH. Mamataliyev assured those present that all the raised issues would be taken under control.

The visit includes planned meetings with the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the head of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, as reported.
