The meeting discussed issues of migration, legalization, and medical insurance for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in Russia.
Negotiations took place in Moscow between the speakers of the Jogorku Kenesh and the State Duma, as reported by the office of the Jogorku Kenesh.
As part of the official visit of the delegation of Jogorku Kenesh deputies to Russia, a meeting was held between Marlen Mamataliyev and Vyacheslav Volodin.
Particular attention was paid to issues of economic, energy, and agricultural cooperation between the two countries.
Also, at the initiative of Kyrgyzstan, the agenda included topics related to the protection of the rights of citizens in Russia, including their migration status, the legalization process, medical insurance, and the education of migrant children.
