The senators approved a bill that formalizes the processes for the appointment and payment of pension benefits for citizens of both countries, taking into account work experience and providing the opportunity for the export of pension savings.
According to Senator Amangeldy Yesbay, this agreement aims to regulate legal relations in the field of pension payments. It includes mutual recognition of work experience in the solidarity pension system, as well as taking into account military service and time spent in educational institutions as part of the overall work experience.
In addition, the law introduces a new form of cooperation regarding the export of accumulated pensions. This will allow citizens to use their pension savings in another country. The agreement also establishes a procedure for confirming work experience accumulated in Kazakhstan and Mongolia for the appointment of pension payments.
