- In the Chui and Talas valleys, nighttime temperatures will drop to -12…-17°, while daytime temperatures will range from -4…-9°;
- In the valley zones of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions, nighttime temperatures are expected to be -4…-9°, with daytime temperatures fluctuating from -4 to +1°;
- In the Issyk-Kul basin, nighttime temperatures will be -12…-17°, and daytime temperatures will be -5…-10°;
- In the Naryn region, in the agricultural zone, nighttime temperatures may reach -18…-23°, while daytime temperatures will be -6…-11°;
- In the foothills of the republic, nighttime temperatures are expected to be -14…-19°, and daytime temperatures will be -5…-10°;
- In the mountainous areas, nighttime temperatures will drop to -17…-22°, while daytime temperatures will range from -7…-12°;
- In the Suusamyr valley and high-altitude zones, temperatures are expected to reach -28…-33° at night and -10…-15° during the day.
This period of unstable weather may create problems for the operation of energy, utility, and communication services. During heavy precipitation, visibility on the roads will worsen, making it difficult for vehicles to move.
