A unified design code for buildings is planned to be introduced
In Kara-Balta, a project for improvement was presented, developed by specialists from the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture under the Ministry of Construction.
The project, covering an area on Kozhomberdieva Street between Zhaiyla Baatyra and Krylov Streets, was presented by the Zhaiyl District Administration. It takes into account modern urban planning, architectural, and environmental standards aimed at creating a safe and comfortable public environment.
As part of the project implementation, it is planned to equip public transport stops, build bicycle and pedestrian paths, and install lighting with poles 3 and 12 meters tall. In addition, small architectural forms, landscaping, and the organization of parking spaces will be provided.
An important aspect of the project will be the introduction of a unified design code for buildings along the roadway, which will help to streamline the architectural appearance of the area.
