In the first phase, 124 gas-fueled buses were purchased, and in the second phase, planned for 2025, the purchase of another 95 buses is expected, with a total project budget of 33 million euros.

Construction of a new complex of buildings has also begun in Bishkek on the site of the "Ak-Kula" racetrack. An agreement with the Vietnamese company OsOO "RCA Living" for over $300 million has allowed for the start of road construction works and landscaping of the area. Additionally, a project for the modernization of the city's wastewater treatment facilities is being carried out in a public-private partnership format with a similar Vietnamese company, with a total investment of $56 million.

In 2025, work also began on the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment facilities under the same partnership and with the same investments of $56 million. The city head added that project documentation is being developed with OsOO "Invest KJ Holding" for the construction of facilities for the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk," as well as the construction of an apartment hotel and a public-business center for a total of 2.6 billion soms.

A modern nursery and greenhouse farm is also planned to be created on an area of 48 hectares, financed at $1 million. This project will provide Bishkek with quality planting materials, including 1,000 seedlings of trees and shrubs, as well as 800,000 units of annual flowers. The implementation of these initiatives will contribute to the development of green infrastructure and the improvement of the ecological situation in the capital.

Additionally, the implementation of several significant investment projects continues. In particular, OsOO Hyper Partners is building a multifunctional complex with a total investment of over $300 million. A residential complex called "Optima" is also being constructed in the city, which includes park areas, pedestrian promenades, and socio-cultural facilities, with total financing of 1.2 billion soms.
