According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the work started at the end of November 2025.
Currently, all stages of preparing the concrete base and pouring the foundations for the columns have been completed. The process of backfilling the interior of the foundations with gradual compaction is ongoing, and the reinforcement of the retaining wall in the building's basement is also being carried out.
The total area of the three-story building is 8,625 square meters.
The construction is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush" under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction.
