
Based on information provided by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan and exchange points in Bishkek, it has become known that the official exchange rates for the euro and the Chinese yuan have increased, while the exchange rate for the Russian ruble has decreased. The US dollar and the Kazakh tenge remained stable.
US Dollar:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 87.45 soms (no change).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 87.22 soms, selling — 87.65 soms.
Euro:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 101.2015 soms (increase of 0.38 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 100.82 soms, selling — 101.8 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1082 soms (decrease of 0.67 percent). After rapid growth, there was a noticeable decline.
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.095 soms, selling — 1.126 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1686 soms (no change).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1472 soms, selling — 0.1752 soms.
Chinese Yuan:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 12.3482 soms (increase of 0.15 percent). This is the second annual maximum for the Chinese currency in two days.
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.2 soms, selling — 12.5 soms.
