Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.0756 soms (a decrease of 0.24 percent). This is a new low for November.
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.071 soms, selling — 1.096 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.166 soms (a decrease of 0.42 percent). The decline continues after a sharp rise at the beginning of the week.
