Sevastopol topped the list of regions with the highest gasoline prices, according to a study by the analytical agency "PromRating".

In September, 47 regions of the country recorded an increase in fuel prices of 2.6% or more, with the largest increase being 10.2% in Sevastopol.

At the same time, in Moscow and St. Petersburg, gasoline prices rose by 1.0% and 1.5% respectively, which prevented both capitals from making it into the top ten cities with the most expensive fuel.

The average cost of gasoline in Russia in September was 63.78 rubles (68.56 soms) per liter, which is 1.6 rubles higher than in August: AI-92 cost 60.60 rubles (65.14 soms), AI-95 - 65.90 rubles (70.84 soms), AI-98 and above - 85.51 rubles (91.92 soms), and diesel fuel - 72.63 rubles (78.08 soms).

In Sevastopol, the average price of gasoline was 78.26 rubles (84.13 soms), placing it in first place. Following are the Kamchatka Territory with a price of 76.91 rubles (82.68 soms) and the Sakhalin Region - 76.71 rubles (82.46 soms). The Republic of Crimea took 6th place with a price of 75.53 rubles (81.89 soms).

The lowest gasoline prices in September were recorded in the Omsk Region - 58.47 rubles (62.86 soms), followed by the Kurgan Region (58.70 rubles) and the Altai Territory - 59.80 rubles (63.10 soms).

Sevastopol also found itself among the cities with high diesel fuel prices, ranking 9th with a price of 77.53 rubles (83.34 soms).

The most expensive diesel fuel is sold in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) - 92.78 rubles (99.74 soms), while the cheapest can be found in the Republic of Ingushetia at a price of 65.11 rubles (69.99 soms).
