Exchange rates for October 30

As of October 30, 2025, the National Bank has announced the official exchange rates.

US Dollar (USD) — 87.4500 (87.4500)

Euro (EUR) — 101.6388 (101.9099)

Russian Ruble (RUB) — 1.0998 (1.1011)

Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) — 0.1645 (0.1632)

Chinese Yuan (CNY) — 12.3163 (12.3165)

The dollar rate remained unchanged, while the euro and ruble slightly decreased in value. The tenge, on the other hand, strengthened slightly, and the yuan rate remained virtually unchanged.

In commercial banks, the average purchase rate for the dollar is 87.26 soms, while the sale rate is 87.69 soms.

For the Russian ruble, the purchase rate in banks is 1.06 soms, and the sale rate is 1.11 soms.
