The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has announced the imposition of administrative sanctions due to violations of legislation in the field of currency operations.
It is reported that as a result of insufficient compliance with the norms and rules established by the NB KR, two exchange offices in Bishkek were fined 55,000 soms each.
The identified facts related to the conduct of cash foreign currency exchange operations without the necessary license were established by the Osh regional office of the National Bank.
In addition, following the inspection, 24 citizens were fined 17,500 soms each.
