The mission of the doctors was organized as part of the project "Express Health - Bright Journey," aimed at providing high-quality ophthalmological care to residents of the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan, especially patients with cataracts and glaucoma.
Each surgery, including lens implantation and necessary medications, usually costs over 100,000 soms; however, all expenses were fully covered by the Chinese side.

In addition, as part of humanitarian cooperation, the "Chinese Health - Express" Foundation donated an optical coherence tomograph to the hospital, valued at 17 million soms.
Cooperation between the Osh hospital and Chinese specialists has been ongoing for three years:
- In 2023, 338 surgeries were performed;
- In 2024, 237;
- In 2025, 317.
In gratitude, the hospital management and the staff of the eye microsurgery department presented the Chinese doctors with letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts. Additionally, the parties signed a new cooperation agreement for three years.
