As of October 1, 2025, Kyrgyzstan's international reserves reached over 7.5 billion US dollars, which is an increase of 48.5% compared to the end of September of the same year. The Deputy Chairman of the National Bank, Azat Kozubekov, shared this information at a press conference in Bishkek.

He noted that the increase in reserves serves as an important indicator of the stability of the financial system and the economy of the country.

“One of the main tasks of our work is to strengthen and increase international reserves. Maintaining them at a sufficient level not only builds trust among investors but also provides a reliable buffer against potential external economic risks,” Kozubekov added.

In addition, he emphasized that the National Bank is implementing a set of measures aimed at maintaining price stability and curbing inflation in the economy of Kyrgyzstan.
