Ulan Kydyrbaev, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan, awarded athletes and representatives of the federation with certificates of appreciation for their outstanding achievements on the international stage.
The national team of Kyrgyzstan demonstrated excellent results at the World Taekwondo Championship (ITF), which took place from July 22 to 27 in Barcelona, Spain. During the competition, our athletes won 38 medals, including 15 gold, 4 silver, and 19 bronze.
Additionally, at the Asian Championship, which was held from August 11 to 17 in Shanghai, China, the team took 2nd place in the team standings among 17 countries.
This award ceremony was an important step in recognizing the contributions of athletes and coaches to the development of taekwondo in Kyrgyzstan.
