Kyrgyz athlete Ksenia Sidorenko won a full set of medals at the open championship and cup of Asia in taekwondo.
The tournament took place from June 26 to 30, 2019, in the city of Cholpon-Ata.
There are many athletes in Kyrgyzstan who strive for victory. But unfortunately, weak government support does not allow athletes to develop. Because for our taekwondo practitioners, a significant amount of money is needed for each competition. As a result, if there is no opportunity, the child cannot leave the republic to showcase their achievements. If all of this were covered for our athletes, then all the youth would be drawn to sports.
