He noted that in the future, the construction of the "Kambar-Ata-1" hydroelectric power station is planned, which will be an important event for the country.
The president added: "International financial organizations are ready to support us in implementing this large-scale project. At the moment, we are focused on the preparatory work for the construction of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1, including the construction of roads, bridges, and the power supply system. This project will significantly improve the energy security of the republic. In 2.5 years, we will not only stop importing energy but also start exporting it," he emphasized.
Zaparov also assured that by that time there would be no electricity shortages in the country.
He urged citizens: "Instead of complaining about winter outages, let's endure for another 2.5 years, as we have done over the past thirty years. We place great importance on the development of green energy. We have created all the conditions for investors: stable policies, transparent and fair conditions based on trust. The Kara-Kul HPP serves as a vivid example of this approach," the president added.
