On October 23, as part of his working trip to the Naryn region, Tashiev participated in the ceremonial laying of a time capsule for a three-story public and cultural center that will be built in the Ak-Talinsky district.
The project of the new center includes facilities such as a cinema, library, museum, offices for work, and reception halls, providing all necessary conditions for cultural events.
Preparation work for the site has already begun, and the center will be constructed by the company OsOO "Bars-Kurulush." The project is being financed from the President's Stabilization Fund, with a total estimated cost of 150 million soms. The completion of construction is planned for 2026.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the company OsOO "Bars-Kurulush" is headed by Genzhebaev Nurlanbek Anarbaevich, and the founder is Toktosunova Gulumkan Tynychtykbekovna. The company was registered on November 18, 2015, and underwent re-registration on December 4, 2020.
