“Creating difficulties for citizens”
Quality service for citizens, especially in the energy sector, is one of the key tasks of the state. This was stated by Kamchybek Tashiev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chairman of the State National Security Committee, during the opening of the RES in Naryn.
According to Tashiev, the energy sector has not been modernized for a long time, but in recent years, active restoration has been underway.
“In the last 2-4 years, we have been actively working on the repair and restoration of infrastructure. We are at a stage where the energy sector must begin to develop sustainably. Despite the decrease in water levels in reservoirs this year, power outages in winter are unacceptable. We have no right to create difficulties for citizens,” Tashiev emphasized.
He also noted that President Sadyr Japarov has tasked all state institutions with ensuring high-quality service for the population, with particular attention being paid to the energy sector.
