Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the market for virtual assets is actively being formed in the country: "We are witnessing an increase in the number of licensed participants, the development of the regulatory framework, and the creation of the necessary infrastructure. Kyrgyzstan ranks 19th in the global cryptocurrency adoption index, which indicates a high level of readiness of society for digital solutions," he noted.
The President added that the successful implementation of virtual assets and blockchain technologies requires a systematic approach and balanced decisions. "The National Council plays an important role, serving as a platform for integrating international experience and opportunities," he concluded.
