
A meeting of the Business Council 'Kyrgyzstan-Korea' was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the participation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Kim Chang-kyu, the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, and members of the Business Council 'Kyrgyzstan-Korea'.
During the meeting, the First Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Amangeldy Davletaliev, noted that the Business Council includes leading enterprises and companies from the Kyrgyz side that are interested in strengthening cooperation with the Korean business community and implementing joint business projects in various sectors. "The Business Council was established under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, and it is important for us that its activities are as effective and consistent as possible. For our part, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic provides comprehensive support for the work of the Business Council," emphasized Amangeldy Davletaliev.
For his part, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in the Kyrgyz Republic, Kim Chang-kyu, noted that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Embassy share common goals - to enhance economic interaction and create the necessary conditions for strengthening cooperation between the business circles of the two countries. The Ambassador emphasized the interest of Korean investors in cooperating with Kyrgyzstan.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Business Council 'Kyrgyzstan-Korea', Askat Akibaev, informed the participants about the work done and plans for the future.
Summarizing the meeting, the participants agreed to organize a meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Kyrgyz Republic to discuss specific business projects. In turn, Mr. Kim Chang-kyu emphasized his readiness to support promising cooperation projects.
