According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, before the confiscation, the value of the company's assets was 192.27 million soms, and after it — only 9.28 million soms. Thus, the decrease amounted to 95.17%, which is equivalent to a reduction of 182.99 million soms, as stated by economist.kg.
Earlier, on September 18, 2025, bailiffs blocked the "Forum" business center in Bishkek, which also belonged to Atambayev. His son, Kadyirbek Atambayev, characterized the actions of the bailiffs as illegal. In addition, the State Agency for Management of State Property confiscated Atambayev's residence in the village of Koy-Tash, where a social institution for the elderly is planned to be established.
Almazbek Atambayev served as the President of Kyrgyzstan from 2011 to 2017. In 2020, he was sentenced to 11 years and 2 months in prison for the release of criminal authority Aziz Batukaev, but subsequently his sentence was overturned, and the case was sent for reconsideration.
The court also began reconsidering the case against Atambayev regarding the mass riots that occurred in Koy-Tash in 2019, where he was charged with corruption, illegal enrichment, and attempted seizure of power.
