The Office of the President of Kyrgyzstan spent 105 million soms on armored minibuses.

To justify these expenses, the government of the republic proposes to increase the budget allocations for the Administration of the President and the government for this year by approximately 105.5 million soms. This is stated in the document regarding amendments to the state budget for 2015.
Earlier, on November 27, the Kyrgyz government approved amendments to the budget for 2015. The government made these adjustments due to a shortfall of 5 billion soms in the revenue part of the budget, which, according to the text of the draft law, occurred due to Kyrgyzstan's accession to the EAEU, as well as changes in the main indicators of the socio-economic development of the country for 2015.
It should be noted that in 2016, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia will hold the presidency in the Commonwealth. The next, 25th CIS summit will take place in Bishkek. As noted in mid-October of this year by Kyrgyz leader Almazbek Atambayev, Kyrgyzstan has already prepared a draft of the corresponding concept for the presidency in the Commonwealth and will officially present it in December of this year.
