The judicial panel chaired by Leila Baidaeva, which included Adil Esenbaev and Urmat Mamatkerimov, returned from the deliberation room and decided to tighten the sanctions for Irina Karamushkina. She was sentenced to 8 years in a general regime colony with confiscation of property. Meanwhile, the other decisions of the Pervomaisky District Court remained in force. Judge Baidaeva emphasized that the verdict takes effect immediately:
- Almazbek Atambayev received 11 years and 6 months of imprisonment, as well as deprivation of state awards and confiscation of property;
- Askarbek Shadiev was sentenced to 15 years and 6 months with confiscation of property in a general regime colony and will not be able to hold public office for three years after his release;
- Farid Niyazov received 7 years and 8 months;
- Ravshan Jeenbekov was sentenced to 7 years and 8 months, and he was taken into custody in the courtroom;
- Kanat Sagymbaev, a former bodyguard of Atambayev, received 7 years and 6 months but was released from imprisonment with a 5-year probation;
- Abdylda Suranchiev, former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Isabek Abdygaziev, former deputy governor of the Naryn region, were released from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations;
- Asel Koduranova, Kunduz Zholdubaeva, and Meerbek Miskembaev were sentenced to 3 and 5 years of probation supervision, respectively;
- Farhad Baabiev received 5 years and 6 months with arrest in the courtroom;
- Kanat Osmonaliev and Rysbek Karybek uulu, both sentenced to 7 years and 8 months with the condition of release from imprisonment under 5 years of probation supervision;
- Nooruz Kaparbek uulu, Amangeldy Kakebaev, and Marat Shamenov received 3 years of probation supervision;
- Yuri Vasilyev and Kubanychbek Karagulov were also released from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations;
- Torokhan Tynymseitov was not punished due to the expiration of the statute of limitations;
- Irina Karamushkina was sentenced to 8 years in a general regime colony with confiscation of property.
